Scintilla Maxgui Gadget

This is a Textarea control replacement for the standard maxgui one. Based on the long time approved scintilla control (http://www.scintilla.org)

It features highlighting, code folding and much more and is designed to fully replace the Textarea gadget (currently on windows only) with the same behaviour but also additional commands to provide the fully scintilla power.
