Quake light in blitz3d?

When you search for some opengl forums around 2000 and 2002, I was struck by the fact that they said that dynamic quake lights are also 3d lightmap but only for dynamic objects.
I don't really know the truth, but in some opengl forums they mentioned 3d lightmaps for dynamic objects, and that it was a light grid, or something like that.
Is it possible to make dynamic quake light with light maps in Blitz3d?
Hey PayDark, I can only think of the Irrlicht wrapper which comes close to what you are asking that supports most Quake maps shaders and features, though not sure if that is included in the list.
