Well now that is out of the way and to more important stuff..

The BlitzCoder forum and community will be shifting to another forum platform or possibly GitHub discussions,
so starting today October 21st and the next will be the last year in this forum space and format.

There is still within 1 year left for the transition, so I hope we can make the best out of it this coming and final year.

LOL, nobody really uses Blitzmax Openb3d now, I stopped developing it a few years ago.

Hey Ron, tell us more about your Blitzmax Irrlicht XEffects port.

Hey Mark, basically it's one of the original XEffect examples about ray tracing as per screenshot that is somehow not included in bIrrlicht, so I made the port back then.

If I recall it was not that complicated, but I could post the source if I can find it again in my archives.

oh man.. i use openb3d/max but i dont know whether i will continue. max/openb3d seems more maintained than monkey2/mojo3d maybe i should be looking at cerberus or something.

saying might look at this project years down the road or abandon it sometime i really dont know but today i kindof want to dev my app.
